Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro-flyte 5CD685E232CG parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electronics,-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Emerson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electrol such as the A209007 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 360AZP manufactured by Electronics,-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Electronics,-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12P4626X032 by Manufacturer Emerson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Elo-matic Brand PSN60AN8 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elm-Systems such as H10002540 equipment made by Elm-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elm-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elm-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SBA5160R made by Elmo as well as the popular MAC105JR original spares produced by Electromotive

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IO5B by Elevator-Controls and H10002540 spares by Elm-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 23000001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electronic-Processors-Inc.
