Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electro-Optical-Industries 1208 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued E-lux products, including obsoleted and phased-out Elwood parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electrosensor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader E-lux such as the 16110205 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QC1002636M443EEN00201 manufactured by Elwood and we are pleased to be able to service most Elwood systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSC10C by Manufacturer Electrosensor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Elwood Brand M444HYN0050Y3C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elmo such as VIO3100 equipment made by Elmo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elmo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elmo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IPCAA2001 made by Elektronik as well as the popular EBAF16400RHM original spares produced by Elmo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPA713B03 by Elesta and VIO3100 spares by Elmo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KF5172 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electromec.
