Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Electric IC600PM546 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Smith products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge-Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Foxboro product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Smith such as the MSL113301 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MTR3T45HR0M0A manufactured by Ge-Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge-Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P0924VJ by Manufacturer Foxboro as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Scr-Controls Brand P22025 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cutler-hammer such as JD3200S10 equipment made by Cutler-hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-hammer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC800SSI104D2CE made by Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular J2257NTJ053 original spares produced by Ge-Drive

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JZNCOP137 by Yaskawa and JD3200S10 spares by Cutler-hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ISM1403C01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
