Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emu4-va2 such as the Electric spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9071094 manufactured by Electro-craft and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-craft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7254A by Manufacturer Endevco as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Emerson Brand AX2000000M00C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Emerson such as MGM340CONS0000 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 002002965002 made by Emc,-Mcdata as well as the popular CLS50A9C2 original spares produced by Endress-Hauser
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 39962U by Emerson and MGM340CONS0000 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Endruss Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Endress-Hauser.
