Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Efector PN4222 OR PN-100-SBN14-HFBOW/LS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress--Hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flygt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Foxboro product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress--Hauser such as the DC12TAK11FC1BNS1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 144140 manufactured by Flygt and we are pleased to be able to service most Flygt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 871A1F by Manufacturer Foxboro as well.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PN2227 by Efector and 22DJ3400022DJ34000 spares by Electronics-Corporation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 30LGX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Filter-Sense.
