Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Efector PM2056, PM-2.5-RES30-E-ZVG/US parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emx products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fms parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fox-Industries product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emx such as the UVX300GCCU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LMGZ203519762 manufactured by Fms and we are pleased to be able to service most Fms systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10A30REM by Manufacturer Fox-Industries as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Foxboro Brand DB12C226W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electro-optics such as ET2040 equipment made by Electro-optics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electro-optics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electro-optics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FTM30B4AA1 made by Endress--Hauser as well as the popular 821AMIS1NM1A original spares produced by Foxboro

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CA203125 by Fms and ET2040 spares by Electro-optics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1061CNV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro.
