Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keyence parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lebow product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the 1980103RDPTD2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SH614A manufactured by Keyence and we are pleased to be able to service most Keyence systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 315210K by Manufacturer Lebow as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Micromotion Brand CMF025M319NU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Micromotion such as DS100S138SU equipment made by Micromotion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Micromotion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Micromotion" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FWV25P by Keyence and DS100S138SU spares by Micromotion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
