Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eberle PLS508 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out End-armaturen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Efd-Induction product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the 4847B61G29 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KD311424HE62772 manufactured by End-armaturen and we are pleased to be able to service most End-armaturen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EL62356 by Manufacturer Efd-Induction as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Endevco Brand 65100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Electro-craft such as 9101748 equipment made by Electro-craft have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electro-craft products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electro-craft" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UX1 made by Eizo-Radics as well as the popular SXCR306 original spares produced by Ee-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EH63A by Eltra and 9101748 spares by Electro-craft are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PS512110M09 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electro-Cam.
