Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eaton PTX160-3Y101C-SD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ebbert-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Edwards parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eaton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ebbert-Engineering such as the 210040UA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W60021811 manufactured by Edwards and we are pleased to be able to service most Edwards systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SVX002A15A4N1 by Manufacturer Eaton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Eckold Brand CH7203 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Efector such as VS020 equipment made by Efector have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AN16AN0AC by Cutler-Hammer and VS020 spares by Efector are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GTA116P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ebtron.
