Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eaton-Cutler-hammer 1775T-PMPP-1700 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ebara products, including obsoleted and phased-out El-o-matic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ebro product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ebara such as the JEX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ES0100U1A04A19K0 manufactured by El-o-matic and we are pleased to be able to service most El-o-matic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EB5DW by Manufacturer Ebro as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Elmo Brand 20200H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elco such as EB38F8P4BR1024 equipment made by Elco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IC695ETM001 made by Emerson---Ge-Fanuc as well as the popular DDM005XDN original spares produced by Electro-craft

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D3524 by Electro-mechanical and EB38F8P4BR1024 spares by Elco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 720101320 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electronic-Control-Systems.
