Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eaton-Cutler-Hammer S811U50N3D parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Encoder-Products products, including obsoleted and phased-out Egg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eim product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Encoder-Products such as the 25T11SG0200NV1RPPSMJS3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CD300 manufactured by Egg and we are pleased to be able to service most Egg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CMST073480 by Manufacturer Eim as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Eltex Brand FUV in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Elinco such as FB186 equipment made by Elinco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elinco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elinco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BM13151BO made by Eei as well as the popular M432NCN07G7 original spares produced by Elwood-Gettys

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3HAB31251 by Elmo and FB186 spares by Elinco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CSI6500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson.
