Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Eagle-Signal QC1004634-HP54A616 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Klockner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eaton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the E57FAL12T111SDM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UMC600AKAC manufactured by Klockner and we are pleased to be able to service most Klockner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 702068REVA by Manufacturer Eaton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Eagle-Signal Brand BR14A601 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eaton such as HMIVU06CUNB equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DV4322075 by Klockner and HMIVU06CUNB spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EGE3080FFG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton.
