Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dynisco PT422A-10M-26/18-T47 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Flow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Escort product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Flow such as the 20ELK39Z1R3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC3210 manufactured by Cutler-hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MUX32 by Manufacturer Escort as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Egg Brand SC0564NNN911 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Heidenhain such as 1024 equipment made by Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidenhain" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CPS4712ESB1 made by Endress-Hauser as well as the popular FC5C original spares produced by Hokuyo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RI58O1000EK42KB by Hengstler and 1024 spares by Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 871CCA234 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxboro.
