Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dynisco Instruments OC273-9691 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Erhardt--Leimer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eagle-Signal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 E.b.w. product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Erhardt--Leimer such as the EB10020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MT11A61602 manufactured by Eagle-Signal and we are pleased to be able to service most Eagle-Signal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SD0387600D by Manufacturer E.b.w. as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Eaton Brand 30D87258220011T960924 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Cutler-Hammer such as 9560S32 equipment made by Cutler-Hammer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cutler-Hammer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cutler-Hammer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 64C1268H01 made by Eaton as well as the popular PT462435CB1218 original spares produced by Dynisco-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HZ40A6 by Eagle-Signal and 9560S32 spares by Cutler-Hammer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6CB200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton.
