Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Johnson-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jc-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Jetter product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Johnson-Controls such as the NXP8UI01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 620ATCTC488 manufactured by Jc-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Jc-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NACPU by Manufacturer Jetter as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Newport Brand 421 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Japan-Servo such as DME60 equipment made by Japan-Servo have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TMB1030 by Johnson-Controls and DME60 spares by Japan-Servo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
