Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Magnetek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Oriental product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Magnetek such as the DS315 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SPINDLEAMPLIFIER manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCD15TA3 by Manufacturer Oriental as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Kepco Brand BOP365M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Minarik such as RG100UB equipment made by Minarik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Minarik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Minarik" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MPS530 made by Mazak as well as the popular GKR0424 original spares produced by Lenze
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDSBV21010 by Mitsubishi and RG100UB spares by Minarik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VTM05SA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eta.
