Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dynamotor DY-151/U parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us-Motor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Us-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the DFT71C4BM605HRES1A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CE67998978004745 manufactured by Us-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Us-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DD059827 by Manufacturer Us-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Gould Brand CGP37RB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Moog such as D03FX3RAN6A0 equipment made by Moog have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moog products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moog" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DFT80K6BMG1HR made by Sew as well as the popular CM3554 original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CGP37130TB by Modicon and D03FX3RAN6A0 spares by Moog are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DCServoModel5M Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
