Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dynapar such as the 80D120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RPT410F3143 manufactured by Druck and we are pleased to be able to service most Druck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LT1001100 by Manufacturer Duff-norton as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Duff-norton Brand MGCAZ00Z13AAA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eaton such as 9PX6KTF5 equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
