Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dr-Johannes-Heidenhain LIDA 150A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electromatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Efector parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Edp product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electromatic such as the S183156115 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PI2056 manufactured by Efector and we are pleased to be able to service most Efector systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 16XXS002357 by Manufacturer Edp as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Efector Brand SI1001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dynapar such as HA62518000040 equipment made by Dynapar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynapar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynapar" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 14D5041 made by Dyanpar as well as the popular IEK3004BPKGUS104DPS original spares produced by Efector

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DVT545 by Dvt and HA62518000040 spares by Dynapar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PU7813BL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electronic-Counters--Controls.
