Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dostmann P750-PT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Endress+hauser products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hengstler parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Emx product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Endress+hauser such as the TH11B2CAB31AK1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AX711214EK42DPXM25982 manufactured by Hengstler and we are pleased to be able to service most Hengstler systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 300GCCU by Manufacturer Emx as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Heidenhain Brand 1313 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Drexelbrook such as 4041002001 equipment made by Drexelbrook have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Drexelbrook products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Drexelbrook" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RTX1000H13G2NOLHB made by Ge as well as the popular PMC731O51F9M1DL1 original spares produced by Endress-Hauser

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HS35010080442 by Dynapar and 4041002001 spares by Drexelbrook are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8720 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hanna.
