Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Doerr 36-0001-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dunkenmotoren products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dorner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Doerr product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dunkenmotoren such as the BG65X25PIBG65X25PI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 32M005HS423EI manufactured by Dorner and we are pleased to be able to service most Dorner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 33320502M821 by Manufacturer Doerr as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Doerr Brand M2305E1227BT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Doerr such as J956RD equipment made by Doerr have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available SPB640518 made by Duff-norton as well as the popular GR42x409642702505 original spares produced by Dunkenmotoren

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FD102300 by Draeger and J956RD spares by Doerr are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BT0610A2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Double-A.
