Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dodge DIA-26 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Flender products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Grove product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Flender such as the H3SH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FK30A30H14RH manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GRL826300800T826 by Manufacturer Grove as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pic Brand ES28 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Grove such as DTMQ2322 equipment made by Grove have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Grove products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Grove" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available F65A made by Amarillo as well as the popular EM21520 original spares produced by Warner-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GKS063AHBR090C22 by Lenze and DTMQ2322 spares by Grove are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G1032 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foote.
