Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ctc such as the PS103H2DD3AD3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QuickPanelGP2301LG4124V manufactured by Ge and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPI11100E2PSERB by Manufacturer Total-Control as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Videojet Brand P39100SP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Star such as P300A equipment made by Star have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Star products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Star" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SFL2424100 made by Sola as well as the popular NT631CST141EKV1 original spares produced by Omron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SAIAPCD7D202 by Saia and P300A spares by Star are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC677 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
