Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Digital-View 4165100-71 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dna-Computing products, including obsoleted and phased-out Diversified parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 White product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dna-Computing such as the 700010790335 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CBC86C05 manufactured by Diversified and we are pleased to be able to service most Diversified systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 30360 by Manufacturer White as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Di-soric Brand OLVK61P3FKTSSL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dodge such as 13Q07R56 equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dodge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dodge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S510493B19 made by Dmic as well as the popular 302144575 original spares produced by Beijer-Electronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 62520000541 by Dynapar and 13Q07R56 spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DMC30515 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Atlas-Copco.
