Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gurley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hardy parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Gigatronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gurley such as the R137S02048Q5L01C18SQ02EN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the STH061125 manufactured by Hardy and we are pleased to be able to service most Hardy systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80420A by Manufacturer Gigatronics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dvt Brand 542C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Heidenhain such as 6015F equipment made by Heidenhain have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Heidenhain products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Heidenhain" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FTM50CGK2K4A37AA made by Endress+hauser as well as the popular 8530B original spares produced by Endevco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CLS52A1CS1A9 by Endress-Hauser and 6015F spares by Heidenhain are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FE5002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Erhardt.
