Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dfm 2.15E+11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Digitec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Di-soric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Digital-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Digitec such as the 4040A01HX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OLVK61P3FKTSSL manufactured by Di-soric and we are pleased to be able to service most Di-soric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NS3Z3181 by Manufacturer Digital-Instruments as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Diagraph Brand 1900816 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Distech such as ECYS100028MS equipment made by Distech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Distech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Distech" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HX3M225201001 made by Dmc as well as the popular DG118 original spares produced by Rsf-Electronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D209BDC2 by Direct-Logic and ECYS100028MS spares by Distech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BSR40010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gardner-Denver.
