Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Detector-Data-Instruments 3SMC-BXQD8H-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keltron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dings-Dynamic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dlog product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keltron such as the DM32815DM32815 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 62006551B0FF manufactured by Dings-Dynamic and we are pleased to be able to service most Dings-Dynamic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MTC612 by Manufacturer Dlog as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dexter-lawson-Manufacturing Brand 6MS2021 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Disco such as MDK332V0 equipment made by Disco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Disco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Disco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DMC30515 made by Atlas-Copco as well as the popular UTM205 original spares produced by Digital-Engineering

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D209B by Automation-Direct and MDK332V0 spares by Disco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 356667010A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Diamond.
