Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Desco 16-1577-ND parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dienes products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dial-x parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Destaco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dienes such as the 2540153100000918C00000917C022200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FC902 manufactured by Dial-x and we are pleased to be able to service most Dial-x systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QC31280380000 by Manufacturer Destaco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vickers Brand DG4S4LW0133CB60 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dickson such as TH8P3 equipment made by Dickson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dickson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dickson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 20302REVA made by Diagnostic-Instruments as well as the popular C7052K1001 original spares produced by Det-tronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TN6536002I485EN by Deutschmann and TH8P3 spares by Dickson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 99E22864 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dings-Dynamic.
