Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Denison R5V08-313-12RA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Festo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Diagraph product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Festo such as the DFM50200PAGF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SMP7600TP5 manufactured by Telco and we are pleased to be able to service most Telco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6600124 by Manufacturer Diagraph as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Diagraph Brand 6150303 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Digital such as M8028 equipment made by Digital have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Digital products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Digital" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6MS2021 made by Dexter-lawson-Manufacturing as well as the popular SMK20F original spares produced by Gardner-Denver

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SMK20 by Dgd and M8028 spares by Digital are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1ZA1K2A1BA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dgd.
