Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Delta RMC101-Q1-H1-D1-ENET parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Allen-bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aaon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Aaliant product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-bradley such as the U310 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RM0303008E manufactured by Aaon and we are pleased to be able to service most Aaon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature V6M1S5K by Manufacturer Aaliant as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ag-Alba Brand BDM02S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Servostar such as SC1E06260 equipment made by Servostar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Servostar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Servostar" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P5976G made by Aaon as well as the popular P9137G original spares produced by Aaon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SR9BFBIG1TOSHIBA by Toshiba and SC1E06260 spares by Servostar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SNV04Z71217 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
