Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Delta DOP-17WV parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Delta-Tech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Delta-Tau parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dms-Interface product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Delta-Tech such as the XFD300B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 603404104 manufactured by Delta-Tau and we are pleased to be able to service most Delta-Tau systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SL0T1 by Manufacturer Dms-Interface as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dover-Instrument-Corp Brand DMM2004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Delta-Tau such as PMAC2 equipment made by Delta-Tau have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delta-Tau products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delta-Tau" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1ZS1134 made by Dmg-Mori as well as the popular PIRECLA4A2A original spares produced by Det-tronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DSY300G001 by Dsl-electronic and PMAC2 spares by Delta-Tau are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D96006C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Digital.
