Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Debex X01-004862 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Deemstop products, including obsoleted and phased-out Deif parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Delta-Tau product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Deemstop such as the SWCX301E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DGU2 manufactured by Deif and we are pleased to be able to service most Deif systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 33921A0000000000 by Manufacturer Delta-Tau as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Delta-Tau Brand 603726103 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Deltron-Mitutoyo such as 1201X equipment made by Deltron-Mitutoyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Deltron-Mitutoyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Deltron-Mitutoyo" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DU21DGU5 by Deif and 1201X spares by Deltron-Mitutoyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
