Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Dayton MH2LEB430G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Digi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Delta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Diagraph product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Digi such as the 1P5000113801 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ECMAC20401FS manufactured by Delta and we are pleased to be able to service most Delta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8701992 by Manufacturer Diagraph as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dekker-Vacuum-Technologies,-Inc. Brand 47001000034 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dittel such as F214034 equipment made by Dittel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dittel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dittel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DTG2403D made by Ditek as well as the popular VED140U29055G original spares produced by Dayton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5000190707F by Digi and F214034 spares by Dittel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SR027 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Deublin.
