Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Danaher HR625102402E1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dostmann products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dolan-Jenner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Drager product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dostmann such as the P705 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SS95048000 manufactured by Dolan-Jenner and we are pleased to be able to service most Dolan-Jenner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4543538 by Manufacturer Drager as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dynapar Brand H220060110307 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Delphi such as 10039 equipment made by Delphi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delphi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delphi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M06050262PMDF1024AO made by Dynapar as well as the popular M8S415DP original spares produced by Datasensor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ES10169 by Delphi and 10039 spares by Delphi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ET35A5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Datalogic.
