Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cybertouch-Apogee-One 8000-DD-0B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nissei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Weintek product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nissei such as the 4TP1A797 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NS8TV00ECV2 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MT8070iH3 by Manufacturer Weintek as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pro-face Brand AGP3500S1D2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 1756M16SE equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GLC2500TC41200 made by Proface as well as the popular MT8070iH5 original spares produced by Weinview

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1861182 by Bradley and 1756M16SE spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IXPANELTA150 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beijer.
