Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cybernetic-Micro-Systems CYB-550 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cymer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danaher-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Danaher-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cymer such as the 051300300 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VMC20 manufactured by Danaher-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Danaher-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NEMA23BAZ5BAZ5 by Manufacturer Danaher-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Daihen Brand L8310S02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dalton such as ROSDC3371X1 equipment made by Dalton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dalton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dalton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available OA10650202 made by Daktronics-Inc as well as the popular 195N0031 original spares produced by Danfoss

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TWN24ADJ by Thomson and ROSDC3371X1 spares by Dalton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
