Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cybelec S-NOT-202/D-127B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danaher-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dd-Powerdrive parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cyberex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danaher-Controls such as the P22NSXAL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 252014M68 manufactured by Dd-Powerdrive and we are pleased to be able to service most Dd-Powerdrive systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC3300 by Manufacturer Cyberex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Danaher-Controls Brand 62502400001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Automation-Direct such as D308B1 equipment made by Automation-Direct have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Automation-Direct products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Automation-Direct" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 71E2A602 made by Dynapar as well as the popular EP11042001 original spares produced by Namco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DIO701A01g by Cybelec and D308B1 spares by Automation-Direct are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M111FD417 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Danaher-Controls.
