Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cybelec S-NOT-202/D-127B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Compumotor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cyclo-drive-Altax parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cybernetic-Micro-Systems product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Compumotor such as the SN89082533001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CNVM05408511 manufactured by Cyclo-drive-Altax and we are pleased to be able to service most Cyclo-drive-Altax systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CYB550 by Manufacturer Cybernetic-Micro-Systems as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Daito-Seiki Brand CKR2602A300LFS0020208 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Emerson such as 30011000 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available H32NRFPLNNNS00 made by Danaher-Controls as well as the popular L8800F06 original spares produced by Daihen

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AKM23FENB2201 by Danaher-Controls and 30011000 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EA70080010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Namco.
