Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cutler-hammer TRU-125-P parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aaliant products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Accuenergy-Acuvim product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aaliant such as the V14P1S1K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the V48M28B75CUEELS45 manufactured by Cutler-hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IID605AP1 by Manufacturer Accuenergy-Acuvim as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Acdc Brand RMV223A2330 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as V400H211 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available RMC301B20000000 made by Acdc as well as the popular M1450B original spares produced by Ac-Technology

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XGKS1715503 by Telemecanique and V400H211 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
