Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cutler-hammer HMDL3800 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ge-Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ge-Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the HVR022W025N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IC3600EPSA1B1B manufactured by Ge-Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Ge-Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC3600SOTJ1 by Manufacturer Ge-Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Square-D Brand MAF3660025M1386 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Windsor such as MPMUW1 equipment made by Windsor have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available IS200VVIBH1C made by Ge as well as the popular JCL24R original spares produced by Cooper-Bussmann

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HR2000BLA16 by Baldor and MPMUW1 spares by Windsor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original O31O1O8256N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Argus-Alphanumeric.
