Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cutler-hammer CPS2004B0YSH parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Westinghouse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Seiki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Lenze-Americas product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Westinghouse such as the HFB3070WST1A1B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ED136H2774 manufactured by Seiki and we are pleased to be able to service most Seiki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E82EV153K4B201 by Manufacturer Lenze-Americas as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Giddings--Lewis Brand DSM030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Stober such as FDS4110B equipment made by Stober have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stober products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stober" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D0149PC made by Foxboro as well as the popular FRN040P11S4UX original spares produced by Fuji

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FB3070PVL by Westinghouse and FDS4110B spares by Stober are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS3800HFPG1D1B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
