Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cutler-Hammer SVX001A1-4A1B1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tamagawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tamagawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tajima product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tamagawa such as the ABB3HAC17484805 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TBLi4507N4028E200 manufactured by Tamagawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Tamagawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EF6600000000 by Manufacturer Tajima as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tasc Brand 1268P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tatung such as TB3P42A56 equipment made by Tatung have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tatung products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tatung" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 12D8751 made by Sygnetron as well as the popular 517823 original spares produced by T.s.-Ashe

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EDB08APA by Estun and TB3P42A56 spares by Tatung are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original STV1401033A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Switching.
