Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cutler-Hammer MPC1P20 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Maple-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Computer-Technology-Corporation product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Maple-Systems such as the OMR460A004 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P180010 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P513C2A22A3 by Manufacturer Computer-Technology-Corporation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Yuasa Brand PC2004FYLFSDOX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lucas-Deeco such as ST3220 equipment made by Lucas-Deeco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lucas-Deeco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lucas-Deeco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MT4230T made by Kinco as well as the popular N86D3482R001 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MTA100 by Beijer and ST3220 spares by Lucas-Deeco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
