Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cutler-Hammer A200M4CAC MOD.K parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Renishaw products, including obsoleted and phased-out Barber-Colman parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Renishaw such as the A2063609813 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A60063302 manufactured by Barber-Colman and we are pleased to be able to service most Barber-Colman systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Axis103A by Manufacturer Fec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Modicon Brand AS521P111 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Moog such as A58179001 equipment made by Moog have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moog products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moog" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A50L00010175M made by Fanuc as well as the popular BUS2016027031023 original spares produced by Baumuller

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AFC40150B2S by Tb-Woods and A58179001 spares by Moog are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A20B2100077004D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc.
