Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cutler Hammer 37434 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Elau products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dematic-Corp-Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eaton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Elau such as the SB10530020519S0164EAKN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K041923AAA manufactured by Dematic-Corp-Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Dematic-Corp-Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MMX34AA9D0F00 by Manufacturer Eaton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Electr-craft Brand 91010103REVH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Danfoss such as 175H1743 equipment made by Danfoss have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Danfoss products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Danfoss" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SVX002A14A1B1 made by Eaton as well as the popular MMX34AA5D6F00 original spares produced by Eaton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 131B0070 by Danfoss and 175H1743 spares by Danfoss are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HVX015A24A1B1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton.
