Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Custom-Control-Inc PU-CAS-LIO parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Data-Logic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Do-Industries parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dr-Johannes-Heidenhain product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Data-Logic such as the TYPESR3011 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the f13 manufactured by Do-Industries and we are pleased to be able to service most Do-Industries systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EG451ZS57 by Manufacturer Dr-Johannes-Heidenhain as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Deprag Brand IR02306 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dvt such as 540MR500 equipment made by Dvt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dvt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dvt" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E57MAL30A2B1 made by Cutler-Hammer as well as the popular PRS800 original spares produced by Cyber-Optics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E5730LE22AAE1 by Cutler-Hammer and 540MR500 spares by Dvt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 630C3E40 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dvt.
