Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Curtis-Albright SW88-120 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Te-Connectivity parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Agastat product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the XTCE018C10A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GPD manufactured by Te-Connectivity and we are pleased to be able to service most Te-Connectivity systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7012PCM by Manufacturer Agastat as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 500FDOA930 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Te-Connectivity such as KHAU17A13120 equipment made by Te-Connectivity have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Te-Connectivity products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Te-Connectivity" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GFR12E made by Westinghouse as well as the popular TYPE346 original spares produced by George-Fischer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UKC1183120 by Yagi and KHAU17A13120 spares by Te-Connectivity are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Z140 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Klockner-Moeller.
