Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ctc PC10-3T2-8FA-BD3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Keyence products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sanyo-Denki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Telemecanique product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Keyence such as the VT3W4M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SP3956B1 manufactured by Sanyo-Denki and we are pleased to be able to service most Sanyo-Denki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PM027020 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sick Brand UE447022EE690 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yokogawa such as VR204S20A2D2 equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QES2014193 made by Dynamic as well as the popular S16UQI original spares produced by Asi-Datamyte

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SXT1811TA by Viewtronix and VR204S20A2D2 spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PS3710AT4235803010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface.
