Crydom Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Crydom Crydom and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Crydom Crydom include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Crydom if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Crydom repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Crydom Crydom parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:
Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued N-tron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nais parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mtl product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader N-tron such as the 517FXASCS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the cFP2020 manufactured by Nais and we are pleased to be able to service most Nais systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5044 by Manufacturer Mtl as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Jumo Brand EM11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hirschmann such as RS2TX equipment made by Hirschmann have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hirschmann products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hirschmann" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EDS308MSC made by Krones as well as the popular FTFW1422UC3FTFW1422UC3 original spares produced by Jaquet
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 20201 by Ecn and RS2TX spares by Hirschmann are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MTR6T4RDS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lae.
