Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Crt-Solutions AMBER-10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Scientific-Atlanta products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fagor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Br product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Scientific-Atlanta such as the 546062 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8055 manufactured by Fagor and we are pleased to be able to service most Fagor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4PP4201043K084PP4201043K40 by Manufacturer Br as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Proface Brand GP4601T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Delta such as VFD037M43A37KW380V equipment made by Delta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delta" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ESVZAD0 made by Lenze as well as the popular GP570SC11 original spares produced by Proface

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP2601SC4124V by Proface and VFD037M43A37KW380V spares by Delta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TX1424AD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hitachi.
