Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Cp-Servo K-258638-82 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Digital-Dynamics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eaton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the VLTFC103134g4470 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IOCV40 manufactured by Digital-Dynamics and we are pleased to be able to service most Digital-Dynamics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HVX060A14A1N1 by Manufacturer Eaton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Danfoss Brand VLT5002175Z0040 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eaton such as HVX025A14A1B1 equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DM20 made by Electro-Craft as well as the popular 601750104 original spares produced by Delta

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPA100460206 by Custom-Servo-Motors and HVX025A14A1B1 spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WARP1COM Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dynamatic.
